Barrooms have become more elaborate since the early days. This unidentified bar in St. Marys has a built-in mirror, fancy wallpaper, and lighting fixtures. The custom-made bar is much more ornate than the ones in the previous two photographs. The bartender is wearing a three-piece suit, he has a cash register, and the selection of beverages and cigars is greater. It has a fancy metal samovar, and the famous lunch is 10¢.

The M. J. Hacherl Liquor Store in Kersey appears to have a large selection of liquor in both barrels and bottles. Note the chairs and spittoon in front of the massive barrels. It also appears to offer a fine selection of cigars. Some of the products visible are Grappa and Meadville Rye.
