Herb Wine Chicken II

Servings: 6

Cook Time: 45-60 minutes

Ingredients:

3 lbs chicken

2/3 cup white wine

1 tsp tarragon

1/4 tsp rosemary

1/4 tsp thyme

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp garlic, minced

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Combine all the ingredients in a large baking dish. Turn to coat chicken.

3. Bake for 45-60 minutes.

Pineapple Salsa Chicken

Servings: 2

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked boneless chicken breasts, shredded

1 cup drain chunks pineapple, canned

2 cups of pineapple salsa

1/4 cups lime juice

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp seed and dice Jalapeño

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.

2. Spread evenly on an 8"×8" pan.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350°F.
