“Actually, watching porn is normal and healthy, just like masturbation is.”

No, Alex. Watching strangers performing sex acts is about as abnormal and unhealthy as anything you can imagine. Seeing naked people having sex is something we never witness in real life. On top of this, the brain is strongly attuned to sexual stimulation because humanity’s survival depends on sexual desire. These two triggers make internet pornography a powerful wolf—novelty that sinks its teeth in and won’t let go. Porn is so overpowering it can actually alter the neural pathways in your brain:
