Method

Boil the potatoes in salted water until firm put a fork can pierce easily

Drain the potatoes in a colander

Shake well the excess water

Mix the cornmeal, paprika, salt, and herb together

Sprinkle all over while shaking continuously

Fry in hot fat until crisp

Serve

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
