Tim smiled back and glanced over at Marcus, who seemed to be in a trance.

“I will try not to be so hard on you all, but I’m a true believer that if you come to workout, then that’s what we are going to do. Do I have any objections?”

Marcus was turned on at how she sounded so demanding, but did it all with a smile on her face. Everyone in the class started clapping and getting charged up, as they were up for the challenge Cherice had just put out.

She put on the warm-up CD to start the class. Watching her inhale and exhale, Marcus felt like he was losing his breath. He couldn’t take watching her breathe like that while in a leotard at the same time; hyperventilation was approaching him very close.

“Okay, I will explain the names of the exercises and show how they go. After that, I will call it and just follow me. If you can’t keep up, don’t try. Just march in place until you get your second wind. Finally make sure you keep up with your heart rate, check it periodically during the work out.”
