Cheesy Egg and Ham Crepes

Makes: 4 filled crepes

What You’ll Need:

 4 spice or herb crepes of your choice

 4 eggs

 1/2 Tbsp butter

 4 slices Swiss cheese

 4 slices ham

 A dash of salt

How to Prepare:

Set the oven to 400 degrees F to preheat.

Beat the eggs and season with a dash of salt. Whisk until frothy.

Arrange the crepes on a rimmed baking sheet.

Put the ham on top of the crepes, then drizzle the whisked eggs evenly over everything. Add the cheese on top, then bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
