3.5.2.2 Unstable parameters of transistor

Transistors are influenced by temperature and DC power supply largely. When the quiescent point and junction capacitance are shifted by the mentioned factors the oscillation frequency also deviates from expectation.

3.5.3

Measures for stabilizing frequency

Based on the above discussion, frequency stability can be improved from two aspects: first, reduce the impact from external or environmental factors; second, improve the standardization of resonant circuit components as well as the antiinterference ability of circuit.
