You can also help by letting your child’s teacher know whether completing homework or studying requires extraordinary amounts of your child’s time and energy or whether your child consistently resists doing the assignments unless you sit and help with each question. Children sometimes seem to cope well in the classroom but fall apart at home. Good communication between home and school can get the process moving more quickly and bring about solutions and strategies to allow your child to succeed and enjoy school.
