20. Raspberry cream cheese

Regular Ingredients yield this extraordinary delicacy!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons soft butter

1 cup crumbled Graham cracker

For the Filling:

1 teaspoon lemon juice

6 oz soft cream cheese

1 handful raspberries (mashed)

4 tablespoons sugar (divided)

8 tablespoons whipping cream (whipped)

1 pinch vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 377 degrees F.

2. Grease the pan.

3. Throw in the butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and Graham crumbs in a bowl. Mix well.

4. Transfer the mixture into the pan.

5. Bake for 6 minutes.

6. Throw in the remaining sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

7. Throw in the raspberries into the cream cheese and vanilla mixture.

8. Followed by the whipped cream. Mix well.

9. Transfer this mixture into the pan.

10. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

11. Serve and enjoy.
