I felt Alexa before she opened the door. My back was turned to her, but I knew the moment she made eye contact with Shaz. The scent of his arousal grew stronger, and he gripped my hair tighter.

I couldn’t be sure how long we’d been in the theatre. From the time we’d walked into the orgy party until the time we left, our hands were on each other. Arrogantly, I’d believed the Lust demon’s effects to be nothing I couldn’t handle. It took only moments to show me how wrong I was about that.

We had fled the theatre when the demon took interest in Willow. Leaving Alexa behind never felt right, but I knew she’d face whatever was thrown at them and guide Willow through it. Though the distraction had given us the opportunity to slip out, we hadn’t made it far before Alexa’s lust roared through our link, erupting in me like lava. Her molten fire moved fast, intending to devour anything in its path.

Shaz and I stumbled into the first empty room we’d come across. Kissing him hard, I’d promptly slammed him against the wall, pinning him with my body. His sexy growl rocked me to the soles of my feet. My want for this wolf had gone unsated for too long. I needed to feel him, to taste him.

Shoving my hands beneath his t-shirt, I grazed the line of hair above his boxer shorts. He sucked in a breath and groaned, submitting fully to the moment. We’d both waited long enough.

All I wanted was to taste his pleasure. To roll it around in my mouth and savor him. I went to my knees before him, pressing my face to his abdomen, nipping at his navel until he trembled.

I was done with interruptions. Done with waiting for the right moment. This was it.

My patience had been stripped away. Fueled by a lust as old as time, I unzipped his jeans without any slow, careful movements. The passion that drove me would not be made to wait.

Against my better judgment, I risked a glance up at Shaz.

Eyes alive with his wolf, he growled down at me with a mouthful of beastly fangs. “Don’t stop.”

No better invitation could have been issued. All too happy to oblige, I feasted on his ravenous flesh, sucking him deeper into my mouth.
