2 PROGRESS-TT Work Plan

The plan of activities of PROGRESS-TT, presented in Fig. 2, was spread over a 3-year period as follows:

The first year focused mainly on research activities—including the analysis of the prior-art and literature on European TTOs and the identification of the case studies illustrating best practice of the technology transfer process—the results of which contributed to the design of bespoke delivery solutions.

The second year focused on the implementation of the delivery solutions based on a ‘Diagnose & Build™’ holistic approach.

During the third year, the implementation of the bespoke capacity building solutions continued until a final phase of impact analysis and lessons learnt started six months before the project end.
