20. Sweet Snow Rolls

Ingredient List:

½ cup warm milk

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp softened butter

1 egg yolk

½ tsp salt

2 cups bread flour

2 tbsp instant pudding mix

1 ½ tsp sugar

1 ½ tsp yeast

Filling:

2 tbsp softened butter

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:

2 tbsp softened cream cheese

2 tbsp softened butter

¾ cup confectioner’s sugar

¾ tsp fresh milk

¼ tsp vanilla extract

How to Cook:

Place warm milk, water, softened butter, egg yolk, salt, bread flour, instant pudding mix, sugar, and yeast in a bread machine.

Choose the “Dough” setting then press the “Start” button.

When it is done, take the dough from the bread machine, then place it on a greased flat surface. Roll the dough until becoming a rectangle.

Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl, then mix well.

Brush the filling over the rectangle, then roll until becoming a cylinder.

Using a sharp knife, cut the cylinder into thick slices, then arrange it on a lined baking pan. If it is possible, you can return them to the bread machine.

Let the dough rise until double, then bake at 425°F for 7 minutes or until the rolls are lightly golden.

Arrange the rolls on a serving dish, then set them

Place the frosting ingredients in a bowl, then mix until incorporated.

Drizzle the frosting mixture over the rolls, then serve and enjoy!
