Studies show that smelling rosemary can improve your recall. Carry around a sprig of rosemary or smell rosemary oil once a day. The Ancient Greeks even put a sprig of rosemary behind their ears on exam days to help them boost their memories. Other memory boosters include basil, juniper berry, peppermint, sage or clary sage. While at home, the herbs can be placed in a small pot with water and simmered.
