Chapter 12

Khloe pulled up in her drive way and noticed Carrie sitting in her car waiting on her. She had been to the doctor and was very irritated because Jason had missed another doctor’s appointment. She got out the car and walked up to Carrie’s car. She knocked on the window and Carrie jumped.

Khloe giggled. “Why are you sleeping in your car in my yard?”

Carrie opened the door feeling embarrassed. “I must have fallen asleep waiting on you.” Khloe walked up to the door and unlocked it. “Girl come on in.”

Carrie smiled pointing at Khloe’s stomach. “You getting out there.”

“Yea this baby is really putting a number on me I’ve gained 60lbs and I still have 2 months to go.”

Sitting down on the sofa, Carrie said. “Have you picked out a name for him yet?” Plopping down in her recliner chair. “Not yet the only thing Jason and I have decided on was he wasn’t gonna be a Jr.”

Khloe let the recliner back and propped her feet up. Carrie noticed how swollen Khloe’s feet were. She got up and walked over to her pulling the ottoman with her to sit on. Carrie removed Khloe’s shoes and began Massaging her feet.

“Girl your dogs are huge.” Carrie said frowning.

Khloe couldn’t believe what Carrie was doing she didn’t protest she just sat there and enjoyed the Massage. “Girl this ain’t nothing they don’t even look swollen compared to how they been looking. Jason usually does this for me but here lately he’s been at work a lot.”

“Carrie.” Khloe said softly. “Can I ask you a question without you getting defensive?”

Carrie stopped Massaging Khloe’s feet. “Go ahead ask away.”

“What did I do to you to make you hate me so much?” Khloe asked.

Carrie looked stunned.

Khloe sighed. “You can stop the pretending, I know all about what you did.”

Carrie said nonchalantly. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I don’t hate you.”

Becoming irritated Khloe raised her voice. “Carrie come off it and just be real with me. I know what you and Trina did, I know all about it Carrie. The night Greg was shot the only thing he said before he passed out was your name. You came to me and told me Jason slept with Trina but you didn’t tell me you masterminded the whole thing. You wanted to set me up for Trina’s murder, why Carrie?”

Carrie smirked. “You think you know everything but you don’t know shit. You so worried about me and what you think I’ve done that you don’t see the shit right in your face. Your Jason isn’t as perfect as he pretends to be. He has skeletons in his closet that I can’t wait for you to find out about. You have always tried to be Ms. Goody Two Shoe but bitch you are far from perfect.”

“Carrie, I’ve never claimed to be perfect but evidently I’ve been doing something right, yo ass all jealous and shit. When people told me you were fake, I defended you. When people told me how you would dog me out, I Made excuses for you.
