Instructions:
Prepare the fish by cleaning it properly. Cut few slits on the belly of the fish.
Marinate the fish using salt, pepper, garlic, lemon rind and coriander.
Use an aluminum foil to wrap the fish.
Steam it for 1 hour. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh coriander on top.
