Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes under tap water. Be sure to scrub off all the dirt from the skin. Pat them dry with kitchen towel and place them under the fan so that their skin is completely dried. Rub some oil on their skin with your hands just enough so that the skin is lightly oily all over.

Place the potatoes on the aluminum lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for around an hour or until they are tender. Take them out. Slice halfway through into them. Use a fork to fluff up the insides of the potato and then add butter on top. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top according to taste.
