Jefferson: Okay. In regards to having public and peaceful contact here on Earth with you or any other humans that live on other planets, is there some kind regulating mechanism such as the Christ Consciousness that automatically regulates who and what can come here to visit us, or is Earth open to whoever wants to come here and make physical contact with us?

Ishuwa: The frequency of the planet at any given point in your perception of history will have a unique vibration and that vibration then will determine what it is open to receive, what types of crafts, what types of races, what types of extraterrestrials, what types of other life forms that are then able to resonate and come forth and be a part of that blending, be a part of that physical reality sharing and experience.
