4. Do you notice a pattern of bruising on the wrists, ankles, arms, legs, and torso that might suggest binding or bondage-related activities? Have genitalia or other body parts been pierced?

5. Have you heard talk about or witnessed choking games or other risky behavior involving oxygen loss or fainting in your child or adolescent or his or her friends?
