Samantha woke up several hours later to darkness. She had every intention on sleeping for an hour, then waking up to go get something to eat. But the events of the last week or so had finally caught up with her she assumed. She stretched, yawned and reached for her robe. She quietly opened the door and poked her head out the door.

Henry's door was closed. She wasn't sure if he was asleep, but she didn't want to wake him if he was, so she tiptoed down the hall. She went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. She was surprised to see a sandwich wrapped tightly with a note on top.
