How to Cook:

Set an electric pressure cooker on settings ‘sear,’ and heat the 2 tbsp. of the oil. Add in the onions, stir and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until the onions turn golden brown.

Put the onions in a food processor. Make them a paste and grind well. Set aside in a bowl.

Gather the ginger paste and tomatoes in the food processor; make them smooth and puree till they get smooth.

Heat the rest of the oil in the pressure cooker on sear settings. Add in the onion paste; cook it until it turns brown and keeps stirring for 2 minutes. Add the tomato mixture. Mix the red chili pepper, salt, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, carrot, potato, water, and goat meat.

Close the pressure cooker, and according to the manufacturer’s Instructions, seal it and set the timer for 45 minutes on high pressure. Use the natural-release method to release the pressure as the manufacturer directs.
