Crumbed Sage Chicken Scallopini

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
3 oz. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 oz. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. fresh, chopped sage
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
Place some plastic wrap underneath and on top of the chicken breasts.
Using a rolling pin beat the meat until it becomes really thin.
In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, sage and breadcrumbs.
Dip the chicken in the egg first, and then in the sage mixture.
Spray with cooking oil and arrange the meat in your air fryer.
Cook for about 7 minutes.
