Microwave white chips to melt and stir until smooth. Grease miniature muffin cups. Pour by teaspoonfuls into the prepared cups, reserve the rest of melted chips. Dredge nuts over the center of each muffin cup.

Microwave cream and caramels until melted and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of nuts. Heat the saved chips again if needed and pour on top of the caramel mixture. Add pineapple on top.

Let chill until firm, about half an hour. Run a knife gently around the edge of each muffin cup to loosen the candy.
