Keep leftover Salted Chocolate Olive Oil Cupcakes at approximately 25 °C for up to two days either within the refrigerator for up to five days. Although coffee is included within the batter and ganache, this adds moisture and intensifies the chocolate flavor. The cake, however, does not taste like coffee.

Ingredients

One-quarter cup cold unsalted butter — (half stick)

one cup whole wwarmth pastry flour — either substitute some equal quantity of all-purpose flour

one cup all-purpose flour

two tbsp granulated sugar

two tsps baking powder

half tsp baking soda

half tsp kosher salt

4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese — approximately one ounce

one cup cold buttermilk — good blended

three-quarters cup fresh blueberries — either chilled blueberries thawed, rinsed, and patted dry
