16-oz can refried black or pinto beans with chiles

½ lb extra-lean ground beef

6 8” low-fat flour tortillas

1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Also: ¼ tsp garlic powder, ½ cup salsa, ½ tsp dried oregano, juice of ½ lime
