Today the girls and I had a lunch date at the Hillstone, but the men joined us at the last minute. I didn’t mind though. Everything was going so smooth. Desmond and I had three morning sessions of sex. It had me feeling good about my day.
Everyone was meeting in the hotel lobby, and Hennessey had a limo coming to get us. I walked down stairs and admired Hennessey and Keice’s relationship. I loved the way she always had his full attention. Hennessey had done some fucked up shit in the past, but he was doing a damn good job making up.
Keice was gorgeous. Her long, jet black plats were pulled into a bun. The maxi-dress she wore showed off her pregnant belly well. She had lost weight, but she was still thick and full in all the right places.Hennessey matched her colors of navy blue and gold and they looked good together.
Tara and Su were making out as always. I was highly convinced that all they did was fuck all day, every day.
“Well hello love birds,” I spoke.
“Hey bitch! You look cute,” Keice complimented me.
“Thanks girl. You do too. How long before the limo gets here because I’m starving.”
“The limo is outside. If y’all wasn’t too busy fucking, you would’ve known that now wouldn’t you?” Everybody laughed.
“Don’t worry about what me and my man do behind closed doors.”
We all walked outside and got into the limo. Being in Miami was a breath of fresh air. It was nice, big and we had so much to do. In Tallahassee you drove around in circles because the city was so small and there was absolutely nothing to do.
When we pulled up to the restaurant we got out and went inside. Once we were seated we discussed business.
I had my business plan and Keice had hers. I wanted a home for the children, and Keice wanted her own publishing company. Keice already had her building and everything getting fixed up, but I wasn’t even there yet. Being in that coma really set me back, but I felt like it was better late than never to get everything on the ball.
“How’s business going for y’all?” Keice asked, sipping her water.
“Business is going great. No complaints,” Hennessey said.
As everyone enjoyed themselves, Keice’s mom and dad walked in. I invited them only because she was in Miami with a client and told me she had taken the day off. When they walked up everyone greeted them except for Tara. She rolled her eyes and put the menu in front of her face.
“You’re not speaking Tara?” Mama asked her.
“Hey,” she said dryly.
I slightly kicked her under the table and she jumped a little bit.
“How did you know we were here ma?” Keice asked.
“Jessica told me. She figured it would be nice for your father and me to join y’all since we were here in Miami too.” She waved the waitress over.
Keice gave me a look that told me I was in deep shit, but I didn’t think about it like that.
