Ingredients:

4 cups self-rising flour

1 tbsp custard powder

2 cups soy milk

1 tbsp white sugar

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the flour with custard powder and sugar.

Whisk in the soy milk and mix well.

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat and coat it with cooking spray.

Pour enough batter to make a round pancake.
