1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
½ cup water
In the bowl of a large blender blitz all the ingredients for 3 minutes, until you get a smooth consistency.
Don’t expect this drink to look like your favorite triple-fat frappuccino. It’s all about filling you up with lentils!
