14. Tropical oatmeal in a jar

ENERGY VALUE PER SERVING:

INGREDIENTS:

100 ml Milk

150g Oatmeal flakes

200ml Canned mango

100g Canned pineapple

1 tablespoon Coconut shavings

1 tablespoon Buckwheat honey

Cinnamon on the tip of the knife

100ml Water

Vanillin on the tip of the knife

COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Add oatmeal, milk, and water to the pot (you can add mango and pineapple juice instead of water), bring it to the boil, cook for 5 minutes, add cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir, remove from the fire.

Cut the mango into cubes, add some to the oatmeal. Cut the pineapples into cubes and add everything to the oatmeal and cover with coconut chips. Stir, place in a jar, close the lid tightly. Allow infusing for 10 minutes.

Honey and mango slices served separately.
