Understandably as an older man Bill's memory wasn't great, so he didn't really have a clue with regards to exact dates, however he could place the observances to the nearest year and that was good enough for me. I told him I was generally more interested in cases from after 2010 and so he only briefly mentioned sightings from before that date. Those sightings were very general anyway and quite similar to some that have been reported in newspapers, mainly just involving seeing the creature from a distance, in this case, of around 20 meters, which in my opinion is too far away to make an accurate assessment on size with the naked eye.
