Avocado Tuna Creamy Salad

The texture of the salad is so creamy. The tahini flavor suits the tuna and avocado perfectly. The red onion and parsley are also very good in the salad.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, cubed

2 tuna fillets

2 tbsp tahini sauce

1 tsp coriander, chopped

1 tsp parsley, chopped

1 red onion, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Coat the tuna fillets with garlic powder, salt, pepper and let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a pan, melt the butter.

Add the tuna and fry for 3 minutes per side.

Add to a plate. After 5 minutes, cut into small cubes.

In a bowl, combine the avocado, tuna, tahini, red onion, parsley, coriander and mix well. Serve.
