Covenants Acquired In Demonic Altars

Demonic altars

A

n altar is a physical place or structure where sacrifices and tokens are offered to God or a god. It is a place of worship where covenants are made and a meeting place between men and spirits. It is a link between the earth and the spiritual world. It is a place where men draw spiritual strength and a gate to the realm of the spirit; heaven or hell. The devil, having nothing original, copies God’s pattern and raises altars on the earth for himself through men whom he has inspired. There are personal, family, tribal and national altars.

Altars seek to exercise control over people and to manipulate their lives. Sorcery, witchcraft, enchantments etc. are made possible through altars. Homes break, finances collapse, fellowships scatter when they are challenged from altars. Names, marriages, deaths are recorded and dedicated on altars. The strength of an altar is determined by the nature of the covenant, commitment of priests, quality of sacrifice, prize at stake and class of spirits attending to the altar.

•Demonic covenants•

A covenant is simply an agreement. An offer and acceptance, for example, constitutes a simple contract even when it is merely oral. A contract is a legal agreement. The devil is very good in making offers and propositions which when accepted, form covenants giving him legal ground and access into our lives. When two people enter into a covenant, say of marriage, everyone else is legally excluded with regard to that subject. God too is excluded when we enter into a covenant with the devil. If we miss this point, we shall have missed what this book is about.

The Bible says, “ Can two walk together except they be agreed ?” (Amos 3:3) KJV.

Every agreement has when, where, why . When was the agreement made? Where was the agreement made? Why was the agreement made? These questions help in distinguishing the

many covenants that we may be having in our lives and also in establishing whether they actually exist in the first place. Since the devil does not cause drama

while putting us into a covenant, it is up to us to discern whether we have entered into a covenant with him through some of the things we have been involved in, in life.

Many Christians are trapped in demonic covenants because they do not know that they have entered into any covenant; it is a snare. The devil is very shrewd; he uses any means to cause people to be in agreement with him because he knows that when you are in agreement with him, he has legal ground in your life.

Take for example the name you were given by your mother the day you were born. At age 40, if that name appears on your national identity card, it is appearing there because it was given to you by your guardian who had legal authority over you as a minor and also because you did not dispute it when you acquired legal capacity.
