Grilled Peach & Tempeh Kebabs

Makes 6 skewers

What do you call tender, meaty morsels of tempeh plus chunks of juicy peaches all glazed in a sticky-sweet peach-infused barbecue sauce? Soy good!

Glaze:

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

½ medium-size white onion, roughly chopped

1 peach, peeled, pitted, and diced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground allspice

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 tablespoons water
