Watermelon Smoothie

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Ice cubes (2 cups)

Watermelon (1, cut into cubes and seeded)

White sugar (half cup)

Spearmint leaves (2 or more for taste)

Direction

Combine sugar and ice to the blender bowl and blend until ice melts. It will take about 1 minutes in high speed pulses. Now add watermelon and blend again until smooth. It will take about 2 minutes. Pour into glasses and serve.

Black and Blueberry Smoothie

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Almond milk (1 cup, unsweetened)

Blackberries (half cup, frozen)

Blueberries (half cup, frozen)

Coconut butter (2 tbsp)

Honey (1 tbsp)

Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
