Draft a Letter of Congratulations
Go to www.futureme.org, and write yourself a glowing letter of congratulations for your accomplishments. Include all the juicy details about how you made it happen, rejecting the Upper-Limit Problem that could have held you back from breaking through to even higher heights than youâd originally imagined. Describe the inner characteristics that gave you the strength and direction to achieve your desired outcomes. Hereâs what mine looks like:
Dear Future Me,
I am so, so proud of you. It has been quite the year!
I hope you are resting well. You deserve it.
Congrats on your beautiful baby. Watching you take on the role of father is moving. You are loving, gentle, present, and responsible. Things were sweet with Andi, but now itâs at a whole new level of connection. The joy of family surrounds you.
It was expected that you would take Rubicon Artist Development to the next level. Nobody could foresee the major leaps in profit, enrollment, artist success and satisfaction, and overall operations. Youâve become a major player in the Austin music and business scenes. Your attention to detail helped create the strategic partnerships necessary to move forward like this. Your positive outlook drew the best and brightest to your team.
When you add the success of The Remembering Process to that, it makes this year stand out among all others to this point. Your finances are looking phenomenal, and you are wisely investing some of that major surplus into real estate in Austin. Being an excellent money manager allowed even more abundance to flow your way.
Congratulations on the discipline and work flow you have created for yourself. Itâs a pleasure to watch the details of your life be handled so well. It looks so effortless, and I am sure it feels wonderful.
Finally, among all of that, your health has been so strong. Your athleticism and energy level are at an all-time high. Watching you do those pull-ups is a thrill since they were on your goals list for so long.
I tip my hat to you. Well done!
