The Bahamian Pop

Ingredients

1 1/4 C. mangoes, chopped

3/4 C. coconut milk

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp lime juice

Directions

Add the following to the bowl of a food processor: lime juice, mango, sugar, and coconut milk.

Pulse the mix until it is smooth then add in some more sugar if you like.

Divide the mix between ice pop moulds and freeze them overnight or at least 5 hours.

Enjoy.
