You may find when you first work with the Cone of Light for short and purposeful periods that it works miraculously and feels wonderful. You might think the cone would be ungrounding, but I have not found it to be so unless I leave it on for too long. It actually helps me feel more real, present, and balanced. I invoke the Interdimensional Cone of Light for meditation, self-healing work, sessions with the Pleiadians, and when I am doing sessions for clients or teaching classes and workshops. It is too intense for most people to use beyond that, at least in the beginning.
