Physical Aura Strengthening Exercise

This enjoyable way to strengthen your aura is especially useful if you are about to perform something strenuous or athletic. I especially enjoy the sensation of feeling my aura as I do this. You can do this exercise at any time, but it is best to do it while wearing loose-fitting clothes.

Stand with your feet slightly apart and your arms loosely by your sides. Gently shake one leg, while standing on the other. If you can’t balance on one leg, you can hold on to a support while doing this. Repeat with the other leg.

Move your hips in a circular motion or from side to side. Follow this by lifting your shoulders up and down. Shake your arms and hands, and gently move your neck in a slow circular motion.

Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths before raising your arms as high as you can. Your palms should be open and face ahead of you, and the fingers in each hand should be touching each other.

Slowly bring your arms and hands down until they are parallel to your thighs and the palms are facing backward. As you bring your hands downward, you’ll probably feel your aura in your palms.

Slowly bring your arms and hands up again until you are reaching as high as you can. Pause, take a few breaths, and slowly bring your arms and hands down again. Repeat several times.

The key to success is to lower and raise your arms and hands as slowly as possible.
