Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients :

4 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

3 garlic cloves, chopped finely

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

With a fork, pierce chicken breasts several times.

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the chicken breasts and mix until well combined.

Add the chicken breasts and coat with the marinade generously.

Refrigerate to marinate for about 2-3 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grill grate.

Remove the chicken from the bowl and shake off excess marinade.

Place the chicken breasts onto the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side.

Remove from the grill and transfer the chicken breasts onto the serving plate.

Serve hot alongside the yogurt sauce.
