Testing of Pregnant Women

Another instance of mandatory testing is testing pregnant women for drug use and reporting the results to law enforcement. Some public hospitals test all pregnant women as a result of public concern over the number of crack babies being born. The policy is considered necessary to protect the health of the unborn children.
