Positive Characteristics of T eam Members
L uke 6:45 is summarized by “out of the mouth, the heart speaks.” Be cognizant of individuals in a group and one-on-one interactions of behaviors that exhibits deliberate, persistent, selfish, self-seeking and revengeful actions. Pay attention to individuals who constantly are critical of others or those that are closest to you.
Reflect on other strong organization teams. Consider do you have individuals that provide clear insight, logical in thought, firm in decision making, possess great strength of character and consistent with superb stability. Seek workers who are all-round even-tempered, modest, good organizers, and efficient.
Other notable characteristics include great judge of character, fluent speech, eloquent and natural, inspirational leader. A quick but balanced thinker and planner, individuals with the ability to see all sides of a proposition, a planner, and vigorous individual modest, undramatic, a daily server, an unpretentious worker; one seeking no special reward.
Additional traits include individuals you can trust as a personal agent or with your family, if needed. Individuals who prove to be dependable; prompt and courageous, faithful, creative imagination and devoted.
You should desire to employ staff who do not have an over inflated ego, good humor, business savvy; one who is a good social mixer, gifted with the ability to make friends and to get along smoothly with a variety of people.
Be cautious of pampered, petted, and spoiled exaggerated ideological individuals of self-importance and poor losers.
Beware of individuals with distorted ideas of fairness, hate and suspicion that misinterprets your acts of their friends. Be cautious of individuals who always seek to get even with individuals they have interpreted as mistreating them and individuals who are never able to rise above prejudices about you.
