Directions:

1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (12 hole) mini muffin tins.

2. Roll the peanut butter cookie dough into 1¼” smooth balls.

3. Add each ball to a hole in the greased muffin cups. Press the dough into the base and sides of each hole to form cups.

4. Pop in the oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven and immediately, using a teaspoon measure, make an indentation in each cup.

6. Allow to cool before turning out of the pans.

7. Into each cookie cup, spoon a teaspoon each Nutella and peanut butter.

8. Sprinkle a little trail mix into each cup.

9. Enjoy!
