Instructions:
1. Combine seeds and berries in medium sized skillet. Toast on med. heat till spice color darkens slightly and spices become fragrant.
2. Remove spices from skillet. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
3. Grind turmeric and spices in spice grinder or blender.
4. Store at room temperature in airtight container.

Tuscan Spice Blend
I have tweaked this Tuscan seasoning blend on numerous occasions, and this is the one I enjoy the most. I sometimes add lemon zest, for a little citrus kick. You can also add red pepper flakes to add a spicier taste. This blend works especially well on lamb chops, salmon and chicken.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. of oregano, dried
3 tbsp. of salt, coarse
2 tbsp. of rosemary, dried
3 tbsp. of garlic powder
6 tbsp. of basil, dried
1 tbsp. of fennel seeds
