2 medium limes, juiced

1 medium orange, peeled and seeded

1 cup cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper, diced

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 tablespoon white vinegar

2 teaspoon ancho chile powder

2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 ½ pounds skirt steak

8 small corn tortillas

Place lime juice, orange, cilantro, jalapeno, vegetable oil, vinegar, ancho powder, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, and coriander seed into blender and blend into smooth sauce.

Slice skirt steak into four pieces and place into zip top bag.

Add marinate into bag and place into refrigerator for 30 minutes. (24 hours for better results)

Place steak in air fryer tray or basket. Cook in batches if necessary.

Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, or until steak internal temperature reaches 145°F. Be careful not to overcook steak, steak will become tough.

Let steak rest for 10 minutes.

Slice steak against the grain.

Serve with warm flour tortillas.
