This is fine – whatever the type of prayer employed to bring this about. But there are two factors the individual will want to consider. First, what results do I get from the truth I discover through this method?

Do the things I discover through prayer hold up when I practice them? For no matter how I discover truth, its only purpose is to bring me better consequences in practical living. And so I must put this truth to the same test that I will put the things I read in the Bible, or other books, or the things I hear in Harry Browne’s courses. All of them will have to be consistent with reality as I know it, and they will then have to work in practice.
