And that made me feel good.

I’ve interviewed probably close to 3,000 people in the past 20 years in all sorts of situations, but that was the best compliment I’ve ever gotten.

Then he said, “James, if you could see what I am seeing now, you would want to switch places with me.”

“What are you seeing?”

And he told me. Although that part I have to keep to myself.
