CLOUT is pointlessly measuring the grave. He hears caro ’s echoing voice. He quickly makes a note in his book then takes out his phone and dials.

CLOUT PC Cox? …Have you got a pen? Take this down. “Until the frogs are free… I want you to eat this.” …No, I don’t know what it means, but it’s all we’ve got to go on…just write it down!

He turns off the phone.

(To audience) It’s obviously code of some sort. But so far the investigation was progressing exactly as I predicted. Totally unpredictably. But, the case was about to be blown wide open.
