3 zucchinis

4 tomatoes

Basil leaves

Salt

Pepper

UMMER COUS COUS

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into cubes. Cook the zucchinis into a preheated pan with some olive oil.

Pour the tomatoes in a bowl and mix with some basil.

Cook the Cous Cous following the package instructions.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
