14.7 Results and Conclusion
After the implementation of the lean tools and techniques, the calculation of OEE of CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Panel Bender with improvements are done and is illustrated in Tables 14.5 and 14.6 respectively which shows that the availability rate of both the machines has increased that leads to increase in OEE of both the machines.Table 14.5CNC laser cutting machine OEE after improvement
