Chapter Fourteen

Stepping out of the shower, Kamala walked in her closet to decide what to wear on her date with Desmond that night. Since they were having dinner at his place, she finally decided on her Jade colored abstract print maxi dress that had a unique cross over draped bodice and empire waist. Kamala also decided to add metallic wedge sandals and silver accessories hoping her look was casual enough. Laying her dress and jewelry on her bed, Kamala couldn't help, but wonder what Desmond had planned for them that evening.

After putting on lotion and her Lily scented fragrance, then she pulled on her dress. Kamala then thought about the dream she had the night before, where she and Desmond made love under the stars on the beach. It seemed so real, and the way his hands moved so slowly over her body caused Kamala to moan as she tried to zip up her dress. Sitting down on her bed, she remembered how it felt to have him kissing and licking her sensitive spots such as her neck. Then he lightly blew on it, which sent a shiver down her spine as she fastened the ankle straps of her sandals.

Taking a deep breath to calm down her racing heart rate, as she put on her silver necklace and chandelier earrings. Kamala knew she had to focus on getting through their dinner without any expectations, but she knew it was going to be hard when each night she was having erotic dreams about the man. Not to mention how she would feel if it was just two friends hanging out instead of a romantic dinner.

Walking over to her full-length mirror and running her fingers through her soft curls that framed her face and fell just past her shoulders. “Guess it's now or never to find out,” she whispered before she turned and picked up her purse off her bed and headed downstairs.
