Chapter Thirteen

ALEXANDRA

There was no damn way I could continue to hold a grudge against my monsters, but damn was it fun to see them squirm and sweat. Well, it didn’t look like Elwin was the least bit concerned, but poor Lucien looked like his favorite toy had been taken away. That wasn’t my intention so maybe I needed to change up my tactic. Lucien was at least remorseful about his hand in my torture, and it was clear it had to be that way. When he stood his ground, respecting that Elwin had been in charge of our shared moment earlier, my earlier desire roared back to life.

My feral fucking monster, admitting to gladly following the orders of my sweet and secretly dominating one. The juxtaposition was so extreme, and I never would have believed it possible if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes…Or you know, experienced with my own body.

A plan was forming in my brain, and between being edged to hell by Elwin and Lucien, reading that sweet note, and finding this beautiful surprise, I found myself not wanting to delay for another moment. I thought I would burst from the need coursing through my body. My heart and mind felt so fulfilled, but my body was still on fire.

The note also reminded me that tomorrow truly wasn’t promised, and I wanted to know I lived each day to the fullest. I wanted to take this further with them, and what better way was there than to be with all three of them right now? I couldn’t imagine losing my virginity to just one of them, and a part of me felt like that was why I had held off until now. I’d tried to box myself into what the human societal expectation was, and that was being on a bed with one man. But that wasn’t me, and I needed to stop holding myself to that when I wasn’t human and I loved more than one monster.

It was time to just live our damn lives however we wanted, with no fear of judgment. If anyone wanted to scoff or turn their nose up at our relationship, they could kick rocks. We were happy and shared an immensely deep love that I truly believed was special and rare.

Dropping my hand, I erased the small amount of distance between Lucien as I pushed back up onto my tip toes. I loved the way he instantly reacted, bringing his arms to rest lightly on my lower back as he pressed a kiss to my forehead. His breath was warm, washing across my forehead as he murmured, “That’s my angel.”

“I respect and appreciate very much that you were following orders,” I began before tipping my chin up to look at him. I hoped my eyes conveyed just how serious I was as I continued, “But I still have needs, Lucien.”

His red eyes sparked with lighter bolts of fire as his voice dropped an octave. He tilted his head to
